From day one, Anisa felt something special about AccumTech’s culture. “The openness and welcoming energy from the entire team stood out immediately. There’s a warm vibe that encourages individuality and makes it easy to embrace all your fun and silly quirks.”

This culture of inclusivity and encouragement has shaped Anisa’s experience, giving them the confidence to lead in their own way. One of Anisa’s favorite examples of this was the Thanksgiving gratitude board. “Our team drew a giant turkey on a whiteboard and left sticky notes for people to write what they were grateful for. What really surprised me was how many people expressed gratitude for their coworkers and the relationships they’d built here.”
The simple initiative turned into something much bigger, promoting appreciation and recognition across teams. And for Anisa, it was a perfect example of how small moments of camaraderie can have a lasting impact. Esprit de Corps also shapes the way Anisa approaches challenges. “Many situations can benefit from a bit of humor, joy, or whimsy,” Anisa says. “Taking a lighthearted approach — one that makes someone’s day easier or brighter — creates a less stressful and more engaging work environment.”
Themed projects and milestones are another great way Anisa can bring their lighthearted approach to challenging commitments. According to Anisa, “When people are excited about what they’re discussing, the energy shifts. Adding an element of fun makes meetings more engaging and encourages people to fully participate.”
That balance of focus and fun is what makes AccumTech’s culture so unique. The team is deeply passionate about the company’s goals, but they never lose sight of the human side of work.
