• Embody and Embrace Agility emphasizes the ability to adapt quickly and effectively, using teamwork and flexible methodologies to stay ahead of client needs.

To spotlight the importance of its values, AccumTech introduced the Core Value Champions program. This initiative celebrates team members who go above and beyond to embody the company’s principles.

“Our Core Value Champions are a way to recognize the incredible ways people are living our values,” Zach shares. “It’s about celebrating the impact they have — not just on their work, but on their teams and the company as a whole.”

The program is driven by employee nominations. Using the Nectar recognition platform, team members can tag specific values in their nominations, which are shared in a dedicated Slack channel. This system keeps the values top of mind and makes celebrating peers part of daily life.

What it Means to be a Core Value Champion

Core Value Champions are employees who consistently embody AccumTech’s values in their work. These individuals aren’t just excelling at their jobs—they’re inspiring their teams, welcoming collaboration, and creating a positive ripple effect across the company.

“It’s amazing to see how champions inspire others,” Caroline says. “They’re building trust and teamwork within their groups. It’s a meaningful way to celebrate the impact they’re having.”

Starting in 2025, Core Value Champions will expand into a quarterly program, and winners will receive a badge to add to their personalized plaques displayed prominently on the company wall, celebrating their achievements throughout the year.
