INFORCE POLICY SPECIALIST

As an Inforce Policy Specialist, you would join a team that has pioneered the industry’s first Inforce Data management offering, 1-Click Annual Reviews, a convenient, automated, solution for agents to manage their client's annuities. The core responsibilities for this role are assisting our agents with a wide range of tasks, such as acquiring values and forms, addressing policy-related inquiries, and supporting servicing requests such as withdrawals or changes. You would play a pivotal role in helping agents move their current clients to Signal Advisors, providing support for their past sales.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

  • Navigate carrier websites and contact carriers over the phone to gather policy information, check status, and prepare annual reviews
  • Assist producers with ad hoc policy information requests
  • Gather annual statements and publish 1-Click Annual Reviews
  • Data analysis and management of In Force Data
  • Work with our internal Product Team to drive new features and offerings for our Firms

MUST HAVES

  • Relevant experience with outbound phone calls, emailing, downloading and recording documents, navigating data-base software
  • Ability to work within short deadlines while managing several projects simultaneously
  • Experience with annuities, life insurance, and/or securities is strongly preferred

SIGNAL HUBS

Signal Advisors is a remote company with team members all across the country. Over the years, we’ve realized the benefits and limitations of being fully remote. In order to foster culture and innovation that best serves our customers, a portion of our team is hybrid depending on their location. For this role, we require team members to be physically located in Detroit, or surrounding suburbs, or near one of our “Signal Hubs” across the US.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
