The Opportunity

We are looking for a Staff Program Manager to join our Product team. The mission of this role is to help the Product and Communications departments efficiently organize, prioritize, track, manage and measure special projects, programs and initiatives. The right person for this role is a proactive leader with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to seamlessly orchestrate programs across functions in a highly complex and ambiguous environment.

Salary Range: $147, 800 - $203,300

How You Will Make an Impact

Intake and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Managing the intake of special project requests across Product and Communications

  • Partnering with Stakeholders and various development teams to ensure backlogs are broken out appropriately for new work

  • Coordinating project downloads/kickoffs between cross-functional teams

  • Facilitating “ways of working” between teams

Day-to-Day Program Ownership

  • Prioritizing backlogs related to special projects based on the needs of our customers and business

  • Facilitating cross-functional agile events

  • Removing blockers for the teams

  • Coaching the teams through project and process difficulties

  • Reporting on and analyzing sprint and project-level data

Agile Program Leadership

  • Ensuring that agile values are upheld, and empirical process control is maintained

  • Empowering cross-functional contributors to be as self-organized as possible

  • Managing Stakeholders across the business

  • Managing external contracts and vendors related to special projects

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • 7+ years Program, Product, Scrum Master or Project Management experience

  • Experience managing others a plus

  • Agile values, learn and adapt quickly

  • Analysis and communications skills

  • Flexible and adaptable, persuasive and diplomatic

  • Solid experience with Jira, Productboard, or similar scaled agile management tools

  • Understanding of program management measurement and reporting

  • Experience managing cross functional stakeholder and vendor relationships
