As a Prescreen Marketing Manager, you’ll drive growth by launching and optimizing prescreen programs through direct mail and digital marketing channels. You’ll own the program end-to-end, driving strategy, execution and performance analysis to deliver on growth objectives.
About the Role
- Drive acquisition and retention through direct mail and digital prescreen programs, building strategic roadmaps
- Lead day-to-day execution of campaigns, meeting timelines, budget and brand standards
- Oversee creative development and messaging to ensure high-quality output
- Manage audience segmentation, forecasting, response targeting and credit qualifications
- Serve as the lead point of contact for direct mail and marketing vendors
- Work with internal and external partners to procure audience data files (including credit bureaus)
- Develop data-driven testing strategies for continuous growth and optimization
- Analyze and monitor campaign performance, optimizing based on key performance indicators (KPIs) including origination goals, cost per acquisition (CPA) targets and revenue objectives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop predictive machine learning models
- Ensure all campaigns meet legal and compliance guidelines, supporting internal and external audits
- Provide mentorship for junior team members
About You
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in prescreen, direct mail, or digital marketing in the financial sector
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, marketing or a related field
- Experience managing direct mail, credit bureau, data vendors and digital marketing channels
- In-depth knowledge of consumer finance, credit laws and regulations, industry best practices and emerging trends
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to effectively distill information for diverse audiences
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal collaboration and external communication with potential leads
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Lifecycle Marketing / Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Experience with consumer lending products, specifically prescreen or pre-approved offers
