Senior Director, Affiliate Strategy & Growth | Allconnect
Red Ventures
Allconnect is looking for a dynamic leader to drive the strategy for new distribution channels in the Home Connectivity vertical. As Senior Director of Affiliate Strategy & Growth, you will lead Allconnect’s efforts in accelerating its network of distribution channels in industries like digital marketing, affiliate channels, moving services, and property management. The ideal candidate will have experience leading account management, new partner sales & revenue growth, and prospecting with a meticulous focus on driving team and company results.
This Senior Director role requires existing experience in the affiliate / distribution space, mixed with creative and strategic thinking that will enable Allconnect to expand into new verticals. You will be expected to grow the business from existing service offerings (Digital & Offline), while creating new mechanisms to create value from our partners. Success is determined by account growth and increasing profitability for the channel.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as Head of Distribution for the Allconnect business - effectively growing the channel to new heights by growing existing accounts, onboarding new partners, expanding into new verticals, and shaping the long-term trajectory of the business
- Full, autonomous P&L ownership of the channel, including revenue, cost management, and ongoing operational improvements. Responsible for profitability, not just revenue growth.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize an account management strategy for existing affiliate partners. This requires a deep understanding of the business, identifying opportunities / risks with current partners, and building strong relationships that foster growth opportunities.
- Define the operational structure of the channel, including pricing strategies of both new & existing partnerships.
- Initiative and implement strategic initiatives that push our collective thinking on how we can differentiate Allconnect vs other competitors.
- Prospect and lead new partner sales pitches targeted to onboarding high-potential accounts. Attend conferences as needed in order to build the profile of Allconnect.
- Lead a team of hungry Account Managers who are eager to expand the business.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of Affiliate / Distribution experience, with prior experience working with B2B2C companies.
- Minimum of 5 years previous leadership/managerial experience.
- Key skillsets of partner/sales operations, partner and account management, and P&L ownership.
- Direct sales experience is a plus, but not required. Need to be able to manage a team of account managers focused on growing revenue of the channel.
- Fast learner & creative thinker. Ability to think creatively about new avenues for growth, as well as strategic vision of the channel on a 3-5+ year time horizon.
- Intellectually curious about new spaces, with the ability to become immersed on how new industries work & how Allconnect might be able to help.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate externally at senior levels.
- Highly motivated self-starter who is adept at handling multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, results-driven, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong team player with high bias to action and accountability.
