Position Overview

As a GTM Recruiter, you will collaborate with the People Team to attract top talent to Rain. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging candidates for open requisitions. As part of our small but mighty People Team, this position offers the opportunity to wear multiple hats. We are seeking a natural relationship-builder who fosters meaningful connections with candidates and stakeholders. The GTM Recruiter will support Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations teams with full cycle recruitment. They may support recruiting for other departments as needed. Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and closing offers.
• Track and maintain ATS cleanliness
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute creative campaign sequences to message candidates. Leverage various platforms, networks, and creative strategies to source high-caliber candidates, and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and hiring teams to ensure a successful recruitment process. Provide weekly reports of the recruitment pipeline and candidate progression.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience including full cycle recruitment
• Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, and GTM positions
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with candidate management in an ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, JazzHR, Ashby) and experience with sourcing tools (such as Gem)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

This is a four month contract position.
