About the role

The Senior Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Analyst will design, develop and maintain Quantum’s HRIS systems, UKG Pro, Jobvite, and other point solutions, and work closely with HR leaders and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop HRIS solutions that meet those needs. The Senior HRIS Analyst will also play a key role in providing data and reporting.

What you’ll do

  • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS and ATS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials and offer technical guidance to transactional HR teams to ensure data integrity.
  • Manages security roles, access controls, permissions ensuring appropriate data security.
  • Collaborates and consults with HR, Finance, and business partners to research and identify business needs, process improvements and system requirements.
  • Develop and generate reports to support HR and business initiatives and decision-making.
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Assist with audits and compliance by providing reports and documenting system processes.
  • Support system integrations between UKG Pro, Jobvite, business applications, and external vendors.
  • Serve as front line contact with HRIS support teams, manage vendor relationship to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology and provides recommendations for enhancements.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resource Management or related field
  • Experience: 5+ years’ experience in HRIS administration, with a strong focus on UKG Pro and Jobvite.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and experience implementing and improving HR business processes and procedures.
  • High level of proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, SQL).
  • Analysis and data visualization experience with tools like Tableau and PowerBI highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to exercise critical thinking to solution issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable translating highly technical concepts to non-technical audiences and translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality using appropriate discretion.
  • Protect and take care of our company and member’s data every day by committing to work within our company ethics and policies.
  • Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
