Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized People & Culture Intern to join our team and assist the Chief People Officer’s (CPO) office with critical administrative and project-based support. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience working alongside senior leadership within our People and Culture organization, focusing on internal engagement, social media coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media and Engagement Support

  • Coordinate and manage the CPO’s social media content for speaking engagements and company announcements.
  • Partner with the Employee Communications Manager to align on messaging and timing of content for maximum engagement.
  • Draft, organize, and update the CPO’s professional bio as needed for events, publications, and internal use.
  • Assist with creating and curating content for the People & Culture Teams Channel to enhance internal engagement.

Project and Collaboration Support

  • Support the development and launch of a global Teams channel focused on engagement and collaboration within the People & Culture organization.
  • Work on various People & Culture projects, providing research, organization, and administrative support as needed.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure project deadlines are met and track progress.

Administrative Assistance

  • Aid in scheduling, note-taking, and distributing follow-up action items for meetings with senior leaders.
  • Organize and maintain key documents, presentations, and resources for the CPO and Executive Assistant.
  • Assist in preparing and updating project reports, trackers, and other relevant documentation.

General Support

  • Help coordinate logistics for team meetings, events, and special projects as directed.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide additional support on ad hoc tasks and initiatives that arise within the CPO’s office.
