Position Summary:

Looking for a Quality Assurance engineer who is a team player, has a growth mindset, with a desire to work in a DevOps Team that is cross-functional with T-shaped individuals (individuals that specialize and has a deep understanding of one area, while maintaining a broader hands-on knowledge in all other areas). The new Team member will work closely with the business and the Team to ensure the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and validation processes. The individual will work in a Team that owns the product end to end life cycle.

What you’ll do…

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for our products.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution.
• Collaborate across departments to understand requirements and provide input on testability of products and features.
• Automate repetitive testing tasks to improve efficiency.
• Perform manual and automated testing as needed to ensure the quality of our software.
• Work closely with developers to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle.
• Contribute to the improvement of our testing processes and frameworks..

You will do this using your…

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in QA or related role, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with continuous integration tools and processes is a plus.
