RCT IUVP Procurement & SAP RIMS

Location: Superior Township, Mi

Duration: Long-term open-ended contract

• Procure Vehicles for IUVP (In-Use) Verification testing, IUCP (In-Use) confirmatory testing and emission investigation testing.
• Candidate will be responsible for contacting vehicle owners, reviewing questionnaires with owner and scheduling vehicles for testing, this includes running vehicle history, MVR checks, completing procurement agreements, updating tracking database.
• Other procurement functions include creating and conducting mailing, sorting and entering responses, greeting vehicle owners, conducting initial inspections, interacting with the project manager, including daily/ weekly updates for management reports.
• Procurement supports Ann Arbor, Mi Chino CA, and TRL high altitude testing.
• Additional responsibilities include SAP & RIMS entries, such as budget planning requests and reports, purchase order request, submitting invoices for payment, and tracking budget balances.
• Candidate should have 1yr min customer service experience, 3 years of experience preferred.
• Candidate should have 1 year min SAP experience.
• Candidate should have good communication skills, being able to handle communications both internally and externally, and must have a minimum of 1yr customer service experience.
• Candidate should have mind-level experience with MS office programs - Excel and Word.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn additional skills and take ownership of job and tasks.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and of vehicle components.
• Flexible work schedule to support California Procurement.
• IUVP & Procurement experience beneficial.
