Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp./Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will optimize and manage marketing operations to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation across global and regional marketing efforts. Working closely with the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, you will oversee and enhance our automation platforms, processes, and data governance practices, ensuring the seamless flow of information and the execution of marketing strategies. Collaborating with global marketing functions, you will work to drive improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness by managing quality assurance, execution, and maintenance of internal processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and document standardized processes for lead management, campaign execution, and data handling, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy and consistency of marketing data, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions to maintain high data quality standards
  • Coordinate marketing operations across international teams, ensuring consistency in processes and reporting standards, while addressing region-specific challenges and adapting strategies to local market conditions
  • Oversee and manage our internal support system for handling marketing operations incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets, prioritizing issues, and tracking progress to maintain high service levels
  • Develop training materials and support marketing team members on best practices for using marketing systems and tools, facilitating workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
  • Support, optimize, and update marketing automation platforms, overseeing system configuration, integration, and enhancements to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and operational needs
  • Maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators related to marketing efficiency, lead generation, and pipeline performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making

Formal Education and Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or related role

Knowledge and Experience

  • Flexible to work outside of standard business hours to accommodate different time zones
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data to drive marketing decisions and improve processes
  • Understanding of marketing technology, tools, and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a global context
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
