We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. We prefer this role be based in Atlanta or Cleveland.

The Role:

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for high-performing B2B sales professionals with a proven track record of driving new and recurring revenue through direct sales. Our Account Executives play a pivotal role in introducing industry-leading, integrated solutions to the affordable housing and commercial real estate market. If you're a dynamic, self-driven professional with a consultative sales approach and a hunter mentality, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and understand the unique challenges, pain points, and strategic goals of prospects and clients using a consultative sales approach
  • Conduct compelling introductory software and services demos and represent our affordable housing solutions at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Collaborate with fellow sales team members to exchange insights, strategies, and best practices
  • Leverage your network, conduct market research, and prospect new business opportunities to generate software and service sales
  • Drive and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing—within a defined territory
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business

What You'll Do:

  • Consistently exceed assigned annual sales quotas
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting high-value prospects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated sales strategies
  • Understand competitor offerings and market dynamics to position our solutions effectively
  • Navigate contract negotiations and corporate procurement processes
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts for your region
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events and trade associations
  • Embrace new challenges and contribute to company-wide initiatives with professionalism and energy

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of strategic software sales experience in real estate or related industries, with at least 10 years of total professional experience
  • Deep understanding of the real estate investment market (affordable housing a plus), its business drivers, and solution landscape
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, technology, or a related field
  • Strong background in B2B software/SaaS sales, preferably within real estate, finance/investment, or tech sectors
  • Proven success consistently closing new business and exceeding sales targets
  • Skilled at delivering engaging presentations and product demos
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute competitive go-to-market strategies
  • Resilient and results-oriented, with the tenacity to push past rejection
  • Technically proficient with web platforms, CRM systems, and enterprise software
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
  • Professional demeanor and polished presentation skills
  • Plus: Asset Management experience, Affordable Housing or Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience, Previous work with Developers, investors, syndicators
