Our education client has a remote contract opportunity for an Implementation Specialist who will work with cross relational teams and proactively project manage existing integrations for End of School and Back to School. Supports standard BUIP integrations with the expectation of learning SSO.

  • Flexible availability Monday thru Friday 6am EST to 1AM EST
  • Saturday-Sunday optional peak season 8 AM EST to 9pm EST
  • Peak seasons: • Fall: 8/1-9/30 • Spring: 1/1-2/15 • Summer: 4/15-6/30

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with major Learning Management Systems (Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, Moodle) - REQUIRED
  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer success or similar role related to software implementation (Higher education experience preferred but not required). REQUIRED

Responsibilities:
  • Use Acuity to place their availability for Faculty to submit Training Request on the workers calendar.
  • Guides customers throughout the implementation to ensure best possible setup and best practice
  • Documents all actions taken during implementations and ensure all parties are informed on progress
  • Logs any bugs or feature request in JIRA.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
