WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take ownership of the product strategy, identifying key customer needs and driving impactful solutions.
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, traveling on-site when necessary.
- Analyze metrics, customer and prospect feedback, internal stakeholder feedback, and market trends to identify the highest-value opportunities for the product.
- Act as the “glue” and drive collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Implementation, Operations, and other teams.
- Define and achieve measurable goals tied to short-, medium-, and long-term business outcomes.
- Own the prioritization of the roadmap and backlog, making it visible to the rest of the company.
- Partner with other product teams to help track cross-functional dependencies and plan integrated roadmap delivery.
- Manage projects from definition all the way through to release and implementation.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to integrate ML and AI tools into the product.
- Serve as the team expert in various contexts, adapting your insights to different stakeholder needs.
- Manage external stakeholders, keeping them informed while shielding the team from interruptions.
- Delight customers and ensure the product is continuously improving and delivering exceptional value.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3–5 years of experience in product management or a similar role, with responsibility for the product roadmap.
- Experience leading product development from ideation to execution and beyond.
- Expertise using or developing tools for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with data science models and AI/ML.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across functions.
- Experience in the healthcare or health-tech industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and customers.
- A passion for and capability in leading new product development, with the confidence and excitement to take on ambiguous challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
