Supplier Diversity Program Manager

We are seeking a Program manager of Supplier Diversity to take this commitment to the next level!

As a Supplier Diversity (SD) Program Manager you are responsible for managing all elements of KLA’s Supplier Inclusion & Diversity Program in collaboration with Global Operations (GOPs) and Global Corporate Procurement (GCP). This includes designing diverse supplier engagement strategies, processes, procedures, and tracking success. In this role you will provide leadership across multiple organizations, integrating supplier diversity standards and methodologies.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate is highly proficient in supplier diversity standards of practice and enjoys finding creative solutions by seeking and valuing a diverse set of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. As a member of KLA’s Supply Chain Sustainability team, you will work hands-on in a thriving environment with business leaders, procurement teams and ESG team members.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Reassess and expand the overall supplier diversity strategic direction, collaborating with the KLA Corporate Inclusion & Diversity team for alignment of HR and supplier diversity programs
  • Lead supplier diversity integration into procurement functions including sourcing, category management, supplier management and procurement operations
  • Navigate and adapt in complex, uncertain and changing situations
  • Collaborate with individual business partners to align on budget spend while opening a pipeline for more diverse suppliers
  • Provide insights based on market trends to help improve the supplier diversity initiative
  • Promote visibility of diverse suppliers to key decision makers in the business
  • Engage in external relationships with supplier diversity industry leaders including SEMI Manufacturing Ownership Diversity, WRMSDC and others

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related major, Masters Degree is a plus
  • Preference for someone with experience in supplier diversity, sourcing, or related field
  • Excellent business insight with demonstrated courage and ability to influence business leaders
  • Experience with business analytics, change management, and communicating difficult concepts to senior leadership
  • Ability to travel as required up to 10% of time

Minimum Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
