Job Title: ADP GlobalView Payroll Lead

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes for U.S. employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with payroll service providers and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to resolve payroll inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Lead audits, review reports, and promptly address data discrepancies.
  • Monitor team and vendor performance, providing feedback to enhance operations.
  • Offer training and guidance to payroll team members on policies and best practices.
  • Drive process improvements in collaboration with global payroll teams.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of payroll experience in a leadership or senior role.
  • Expertise in ADP GlobalView and multi-state payroll processing.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, union processes, and time-tracking systems like Kronos.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and improve processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
