Sales Admin Leader

1) Sales Support Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Oversight: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data. Assist the sales team with managing customer records, tracking sales leads, and monitoring customer interactions.
Sales Data Management: Conduct deep audits, generate sales reports, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Support the sales team by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Order Processing: Manage the sales order process from quotation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
Sales Documentation: Produce and maintain organized sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and customer communication records. Ensure all sales documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Customer Support: Provide high-quality customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Serve as a liaison between the sales team and customers to facilitate smooth communication and order fulfillment.
2) Continuous Improvement and Special Projects:
Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements for sales processes based on feedback from the sales team and customers. Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to implement process improvements.
Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of GreenLancer's products, services, and industry trends. Assist in onboarding new sales team members and provide ongoing support as needed.
Project Management Support: Assist in managing special sales projects, including tracking progress, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.
