Job Description
The Sales Admin Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the GreenLancer sales team by ensuring the efficient and accurate management of sales operations and customer interactions. This role will involve managing sales data, coordinating with other departments, and providing exceptional support to our sales representatives and clients. The Sales Admin Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing various tasks and responsibilities related to sales support and customer engagement, contributing to the growth and success of GreenLancer.
Responsibilities
1) Sales Support Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Oversight: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data. Assist the sales team with managing customer records, tracking sales leads, and monitoring customer interactions.
Sales Data Management: Conduct deep audits, generate sales reports, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Support the sales team by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Order Processing: Manage the sales order process from quotation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
Sales Documentation: Produce and maintain organized sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and customer communication records. Ensure all sales documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Customer Support: Provide high-quality customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Serve as a liaison between the sales team and customers to facilitate smooth communication and order fulfillment.
2) Continuous Improvement and Special Projects:
Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements for sales processes based on feedback from the sales team and customers. Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to implement process improvements.
Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of GreenLancer's products, services, and industry trends. Assist in onboarding new sales team members and provide ongoing support as needed.
Project Management Support: Assist in managing special sales projects, including tracking progress, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.
Job Qualifications
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, particularly in business, marketing, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and databases. Experience with sales analytics tools and IT systems is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to analyze sales data and make insightful recommendations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate with customers and internal teams.
Team Collaboration: A team player who behaves ethically, with a high degree of integrity at all times. Ability to adapt and work in an open, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
Sales Orientation: A passion for renewable energy and a strong desire to support the growth of solar energy adoption.
