1) Sales Support Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Oversight: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data. Assist the sales team with managing customer records, tracking sales leads, and monitoring customer interactions.

  • Sales Data Management: Conduct deep audits, generate sales reports, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Support the sales team by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

  • Order Processing: Manage the sales order process from quotation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.

  • Sales Documentation: Produce and maintain organized sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and customer communication records. Ensure all sales documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

  • Customer Support: Provide high-quality customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Serve as a liaison between the sales team and customers to facilitate smooth communication and order fulfillment.

2) Continuous Improvement and Special Projects:

  • Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements for sales processes based on feedback from the sales team and customers. Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to implement process improvements.

  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of GreenLancer's products, services, and industry trends. Assist in onboarding new sales team members and provide ongoing support as needed.

  • Project Management Support: Assist in managing special sales projects, including tracking progress, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.
