Executive Summary:
The Vendor Interfaces (VI) EDI Analyst II is responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers with our best-in-class HR software and services. This role supports the EDI Integration Consultants, Integration Managers, Configurations Specialists and Development Managers by focusing on file configuration, testing and timely delivery of interfaces for new, direct or channel partner clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consistently reflect our core values of higher standards, greater accountability, and more fun to bswift associates, clients, and partners
• Configure files on the bswift EDI platform (Feedbuilder) as needed to meet client and carrier deliverables; including, but not limited to:
• Configuring files as needed based on client plan requirements and carrier file layouts
• Testing new and existing files transmissions to ensure accuracy of client/carrier requirements
• Troubleshooting and resolving client/carrier inquiries regarding system and process issues
• Timely communication of status updates as required in order to ensure the project stays on track
• Provide clear and detailed RCA’s back to Client Services within Ticket Tracker when troubleshooting an issue
• Assist in QA testing and prod verification during quarterly product releases
• Mandatory attendance to weekly Team meetings in which priority topics will be discussed
• Assist with Feedbuilder trainings
• Learn the file failure process
• Complete maintenance type tickets such as archive files, PGP key updates and file replacements

Education & Experience:
• A Bachelor’s Degree from a four-Year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have current or previous experience with benefits / implementation processes

Differentiating Skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, working knowledge of MS Office products
• Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server
• Ability to think outside the box
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel
• Ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions
• Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness while maintaining a high level of quality
• High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization and accuracy/thoroughness
• Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere
• Must possess a passion for teamwork, client service and reaching business results through problem solving
• Night or weekend work may be necessary to meet client deliverables

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $22-$29/hr exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
