What You’ll Do:
As a Product Marketing Specialist for Whisker focusing on Litter-Robot.com, you will own the optimization, content execution, and visual consistency of our website, ensuring it is an engaging, high-performing, and conversion-driven platform. You will oversee A/B testing initiatives, manage site content updates, and refine visual merchandising to drive sales, enhance the user experience, and maintain strict alignment with brand standards and ongoing product innovations.
This role is perfect for a data-driven, detail-obsessed marketer with an eye for visual storytelling, user behavior insights, and continuous testing and iteration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manages all website content updates, ensuring alignment with product launches, promotional campaigns, and ongoing improvements
- Ensures all product descriptions, imagery, and visuals remain accurate, compelling, and up-to-date
- Oversees the execution of promotions, updates banners, landing pages, and key marketing sections in collaboration with design and development teams
- Ensures category structures, navigation, and filters are optimized for seamless product discovery
- Maintains a meticulous content review process, ensuring all copy and visuals reflect current product features, pricing, and messaging
- Enforces brand guidelines across all on-site content, imagery, typography, and messaging to ensure a cohesive and premium brand presence
- Audits and updates product pages regularly, ensuring visual assets are high-quality, optimized, and aligned with marketing priorities
- Partners with creative teams to refine and implement visual merchandising strategies for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives
- Works closely with brand, creative, development, and product teams to execute updates, site improvements, and new initiatives
- Coordinates with email, social, and paid media teams to align messaging and ensure a cohesive omnichannel customer journey
- Collaborates with customer experience teams to incorporate customer insights and feedback into content and UX improvements
- Owns, executes, and analyzes A/B tests to enhance conversion rates, product discoverability, and customer engagement
- Leverages tools like Hotjar, Contentsquare, Optimizely, or similar platforms to run experiments on visuals, messaging, page layouts, CTAs, and promotions
- Defines and tracks key performance metrics (KPIs), translating data insights into actionable optimizations
- Conducts user experience (UX) testing to identify and remove friction points in the buying journey
- Prepares and presents weekly and monthly business reviews of site and category performance, including analysis of customer behaviors and opportunities for improvement
- Analyzes and prepares ad hoc reporting for campaigns, launches and optimizations
- Provides actionable insights to improve conversion rates and optimize product placements
- Will perform additional responsibilities when required
What You’ll Bring:
- BA/BS in Marketing and/or equivalent years of experience
- 2-4 years experience in e-commerce product marketing, website content management, or digital merchandising
- Experience running A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments using tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar platforms
- Meticulous attention to detail in both copy and visuals—nothing gets past you!
- A strong understanding of UX/UI principles and how they impact shopping behavior
- Experience working in CMS platforms (Magento, Shopify, WordPress, Bloomreach, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable diving into performance data and translating insights into strategies
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally across marketing, creative, product, and development teams
- Experience ensuring brand consistency across digital touchpoints
- Comfortable working with and diving into data to find insights
- Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information
- Ability to maintain a professional atmosphere in a fast-paced environment with numerous interactions and interruptions
- A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to motivate others
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with Team Members and colleagues
- Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs)
Not Required but Nice to Have!
- Experience in the pet industry or a passion for pets!
