Senior UI Designer

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and guide other UI designers.
• Define and execute a strong visual direction for design rollouts.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Advocate for user-centered design with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead design reviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Drive strategic, high-impact design projects.
• Contribute to project planning and scoping.
• Demonstrate expertise in advanced Figma concepts.
• Communicate effectively with clients to clarify issues and present design solutions.
• Create user-centered designs based on business requirements, user needs, and feedback.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications.
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to improve designs.
• Ensure accessibility compliance and maintain design consistency across platforms.
• Apply best industry practices and stay up to date with Apple HIG, Google Material Design, and Web Best Practices.
