Expected 5+ years of experience

In office 2 days a week, Cincinnati area (Blue Ash area)

• This position focuses on complex problem-solving (e.g., redesigning cluttered interfaces), not just aesthetics.
• Key skills: Figma (advanced/expert), communication, critical thinking, proactivity.
• No UX research emphasis—designers will work from provided requirements.
• Transportation experience would be highly desired
• MUST have an updated portfolio

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and user feedback
• Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface mockups, and developer specification
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet project goals/deadline
• Ability to explain design methodology used in UI design
• Apply directed feedback from clients and/or senior team member
• Be able to create Figma components and add them to an existing design system Ensuring designs are accessible and meet usability standard
• Understanding of industry best practice
• Maintaining design consistency across platform
• Follow design studio's Figma Etiquette for all files Tasks
• Billable Client Project Work
• Content for Proof of Concepts and Request For Proposal
