Primary Responsibilities
- :
Project Management Systems Data Entry – collect, organize and enter data into Project Management Systems as assigned including resource forecasts, time reporting, training requirement management. Project Monitoring and Reporting – Monitor and report on existing projects, providing tracking data to Project Managers and leaders for them to ensure timely execution and completion of their projects. Track and report project state as defined by company Delivery Methodology for resource forecasting, project labor tracking, project budget versus actual reportin - g.Data analysis - Analyze project management systems to identify and document agreed to processes and recommend continuous process improvements for review with senior leadership to guide their decision makin
- g.Project Management Reports - In partnership with the project manager and project leaders, develop project reports to be delivered to senior leadership. Collaborate to develop KPIs; produce associated reports. Design, develop and produce overall PMO reports as require
- d.Resource Review - Perform analysis on resource allocations to identify resource staffing requirements and comparisons to available headcount and budge
- t.Project Artifacts - Maintain program office workflows, policies and procedures and artifacts (templates). Maintain version control and fidelity of PMO artifacts. Evaluate and make continuous improvement recommendations on processes. Collaborate on new PM technology and where applicable lead implementatio
