Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to be a part of making this happen.
About the Role
Working cross-functionally, this role will design and implement the operational framework for Arctic Wolf’s account-based marketing strategy and ongoing optimization. This person will own the enablement and optimization of our existing ABM tech stack across the business. The ABM Manager will be a key operational player in the following:
Account Creation and Management
Intent-based Demand Generation
Opportunity Management
Customer Upsell Marketing
Marketing Tech Stack Optimization
Campaign Reporting
Responsibilities
Design, communicate and implement ABM priorities, technical requirements, and program goals, working closely with stakeholders in Marketing Operations, Business Applications, and Sales/Marketing Leadership
Review existing processes for account and lead creation, sales alerts, open opp and customer nurture campaigns, and overall demand campaign targeting for improvement and efficiency, and create the operational framework to apply those recommendations
Collaborate with demand and customer marketing teams to utilize ABM tools to optimize existing campaigns, and prioritize focus for ABM-specific campaigns based on data
Build ABM enablement plans, and provide ongoing training, to help customer success, acquisition sales, and sales development team members utilize account-based data insights in their sales strategy
Build ABM reporting to consolidate ABM and intent signals for sales and marketing use cases
Act as primary owner to maximize lead optimization efforts using ABM tools (including 6sense, Zoominfo, UserGems, TechTarget, and G2)
Who You Are
Excellent attention to detail and problem solving
Highly analytical and organized - from planning cross-functionally, getting buy in, and setting deadlines, through to execution and iterative improvements
Comfortable working with data from various sources to draw actionable insights, and then apply those insights to improve operational processes
Knowledge and familiarity with B2B marketing funnel reporting, ABM goal setting and reporting
Familiarity with sales methodology and account management structures/processes and account-specific marketing planning
Proficiency with marketing automation (Marketo) – including the ability to orchestrate, customize and execute campaigns
Strong project management capabilities
Strong oral and written communication
Ability to build close working relationships with cross-functional teams and drive decision making while getting stakeholder buy in

Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years proven global marketing experience with a breadth of knowledge around ABM strategy implementation, demand marketing program optimization, account creation and data management, and intent data utilization
2+ years as the owner of ABM tech stack, providing tool training for marketing/sales, and being the go-to expert on how to utilize account-based data for marketing and sales campaigns
2+ years working with intent-based marketing tools including 6sense, Zoominfo, TechTarget, UserGems, G2, or similar
Experience building the processes needed to enable marketing and sales team with intent data to use throughout the funnel
Experience with account creation and data management in SFDC and Marketo to support global TAM
Experience providing data-driven insights to inform and improve persona-based marketing and sales campaigns
Experience with Wrike, JIRA, or similar project management tools
Experience with Marketo, SFDC and Tableau
Preferred Qualifications
Experience B2B/tech space
