To many of us, family is a top priority. It’s one of the main reasons we work: to support our families. Some companies are better than others at supporting those priorities.
With no federal maternity leave policy in the United States, parental leave is left to the discretion of companies. Many still don’t offer anything beyond short-term disability. But parental leave isn’t the only indicator of a family friendly company.
We’re spotlighting 18 wonderful companies that support families in a variety of ways: flexibility for working parents, robust parental leave policies, fertility support, work-life balance and more.
By the way, all of these companies are hiring.
